Problem with Sprite size's - TheCompBoy - 01-03-2012 Hello people! I have the problem when making my sprite sheet: What i did first is drawing a nice sprite on the size 192*192 pixels. In the game im creating the default size of all sprites is 32*32 so i rezised the image i made before into 32*32. And it looks super blurry! How would i change something like that? RE: Problem with Sprite size's - Gors - 01-03-2012 sprite resizing is never good, because it bloats/eats pixels that are important to its presentation. the most you can do is to untick anything that smoothes resizings (it depends on what image editing program you're using) so it doesn't add unwanted in-between colors. But that means the result will look stretched/scrunched and ugly. the best option, although complicated, would be to redo your sprite already in 32x32, as this way no resizing will be involved. |
