So, I was wondering if it is possible to crack this Nintendo DS archive open:

File's ripped from an NDS image, and idk if it's LZ77-encoded or something else. Opening it in Crystal Tile 2 seemed to turn up an LZ-like scheme, but I'm yet to verify this. Feel free to move, edit or delete if this seems inappropriate.

I´m not sure if this is what you mean by "cracking". If yes, I used Console Tool by Low Lines.

I meant opening it up, i.e. extracting the contents of it. And the game in question is Kit Mystery Challenge.
