HI im new here and i want to post some souns and i dont now how i do it.

To submit files, you need to make a topic in the according section of tSR:
The Spriters Resource: you may post sprites you ripped/made here. Be sure to create a topic in the right console section.
The Models Resource: same, but with 3D models. Again, you need to create a topic in the right console section.
The Sounds Resource: here you can submit soundeffects. Create the topic in the right console section.
The Textures Resource: 3D textures go here. Works the same than the other 3 sections.
So, if you want to submit sounds, first check the section's rules to know which sound formats are accepted. Check what console the game you ripped is from; then, make a thread on the right place. Be sure to make icons of the game beforehand; if you don't have the templates, you can grab them somewhere else or someone may be kind enough to make it for you.
