hello theqmayn ere, i would like some comments in this tread about favorite characters. AND DON'T COMMENT ABOUT WORST CHARACTERS YOU CAN REALLY HURT SOMEONE'S FEELINGS WITH THAT! sorry i had no choice writing that with big letters. anyway any comment about worst characters will be deleted SO FAVORITE ONLY!!
here's my list of favorite characters of games

Plants vs zombies : (OLD) dancing zombie
mario : waluigi
ty the tasmanian tiger : frill neck lizard
rayman : hoodlums (of any type.)
Doom : heavy weapon dude
wolfenstein 3d : B.j
dukenukem : cycloid emperor
half-life : combine elite
kirby : poppy bros senior
angry birds : fast bird
cut the rope : omnom
pokemon : weezing
mortal kombat : sektor

Mega Man Series: Gemini Man
Mega Man X Series: Axle the Red and Doctor Izzy Glow
MegaMan Battle Network Series: CutMan.EXE
Sonic Series: Silver and Cream (I like Marine as well)
Spyro Series: Not sure on a favorite, but I particularly like Lola (I think that was her name, the bunny girl), Sparx and Ember
Glover Series: Cross-Stitch
Mario Series: Unsure of a favorite, but Bouldergeist, Pokeys, King Boo, Piranha Plants, Toadette, Dry Bones, Yoshi, Buzzy Beetles (red and blue), Bloopers, Luigi, etc.
Kirby Series: Marx, Wiz (Amazing Mirror boss), Kirby, Sparky, Chilly, Gooey, etc.
Paper Mario Series: Count Bleck
Legend of Zelda Series: Lots of characters I love, Floormasters (WW version), Flare Dancer, Medli, Embers (WW versions), ChuChus (WW versions), Poes (WW version), Navi/any of the fairies, etc.
Street Fighter Series: M. Bison
Pokémon Series: Pichu, Lampent, Escavalier, Electrode, Cloyster, Haunter, Dusclops & Dusknoir, Snivy, Magnemite family, Rotom, Buneary & Lopunny, Roselia and many others
That's all I can think of for now.

I too love the Wall and Floormasters
I'm a huge fan of Master Chief. John has always been one of my favorite video game heroes.
Sweet Water from the Bad Company games is also another big favorite of mine.
Munch from Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee is another good one.
Then there are the obvious: Mario, Sonic, etc.

Street Fighter: Ibuki, Blanka and Makoto mainly
Sonic The Hedgehog: Shadow, Rouge, Chaos and Vector I guess
Tekken: Marshall Law, Kuma, Panda, True Ogre and Roger/Roger Jr.
Metroid: Ridley and Kraid
Donkey Kong: Lanky Kong, Krunch ( main in DKR ) and King K.Rool
Kirby: I think I love them all
Spyro: Malefor ( hey, I love the LOS series )
Pokemon: Larvitar family, Druddigon, Hydreigon..Basically a bunch of reptilian Pokemon..
Mortal Kombat: Reptile
Gunstar Heroes: Blue and Green
SoulCalibur: Aeon
