Dr. Regal Classic Style - Ryan914 - 02-20-2012 This is an attempt to make Regal from Battle Network/EXE as a classic Megaman styled character It's not my best work as it is clearly an edit of Cossack from 4. I am basing his appearance after the one in Megaman Battle Network 5: C&C would be welcome of course.
