Try using the Icon Maker. To get it to work, you just need the latest version of Java or so.

For your credit tag stuff, please just have small text (Verdana size 7 recommended) saying "Ripped by aerd01. Credit not needed but appreciated", and not that giant block on the bottom that wastes space.

This is what I was worried about. Your tag is still too big. it's stretching a small sheet and making it too big.
