If you want it separate from the waves though, I'm not really sure how to approach that because I think they're considered the same sound file in the game's code and I'm not sure how you would go about separating them. No "seagulls without ocean waves" file, as far as I know. Hope this helps! Heh, kinda reminds me of how there's two versions of the town music from Illusion of Gaia, one with seagull sounds for South Cape and one without for Freejia and the like. EDIT: I guess if you really wanted/needed to, you could just take a recording of the first squawk (or whatever seagulls do... squee? skraw? bray?) and pitch shift it as need be.
