Has anyone heard any news on the new sequel to Final Fantasy IV?

I was almost excited, until I saw it was a cellphone game. (or so I am led to believe)

If people could rip games from a cartrage back in the early 2000's, I'm sure they could rip this game from a cellphone and port it to an emulator.
Thing is, they will be in chapters.
I believe you have to purchase these different chapters.
I've heard speculation that they will all be compiled into a DS game.
