I find a program that change smd to pmd but dont works, and a tutorial that say use two programs for change any format to pmd but need pay plug ins for that and I dont have money.
I dont know if somebody can help me with this problem?

Check this to open SMD with Blender.
This here should allow Blender to export PMD.
Haven't checked it myself, though, I have neither file format here.
