With Pokédex 3D Pro out now in Japan, and Pokédex 3D still available in areas outside of Japan, can models of all the Pokémon from the games be submitted here?

They can't because 3DS ripping has not been figured out. We'll have to wait a while for anything like that to be possible, unfortunately.

I mean, it took 5 years before the PS3 games were cracked open.
