Well, there's quite a few issues with these.
- First of all, there's a couple of small sheets in the album, specifically Zabuza. It would be better to add multiple mugshots from different characters to one sheet so you can avoid small rips with one or two mugshots of the same character. (You actually did that with the others).
- The flipped sheets are of no need, users can do that themselves.
- All the pictures are JPEG'd and or shrunk, save them as PNG's next time and you should probably switch to a better image hosting site like Minus, or Imgur, ImageShack has a history of shrinking pics.
- You may also want to add a credit tag to your future sheets.
I'm pretty sure I covered most of the problems, I await your revised submissions!

You're right about most of this, except the .JPG part. You have to click the images a third time to view them at their full size.
