Custom Sprite Wanted - JayHinch - 10-26-2012 I don't really wan't to sound out of place or to demanding, but i just decided to do some spriting of my own, and for my first try i think did quite well. Meet, Juno K. Brownson, named after an ISP (internet service provider) from the 90's. Problem is, that every attempt at making the smaller, world versions, looks like the end result of human digestion. I'd like someone to give him a neat and clean look to walk around with. if i don't get a reply I'm OKAY with that, but it would be neat to have a custom sprite set for him. I thank you for your time in advance, and for those who would like to help I used the fire-red hero sprite for his design, as well as a hand drawing. RE: Custom Sprite Wanted - Chris2Balls [:B] - 10-26-2012 Three things: -you have a JPGed image -this is an edit -you're making a request Um, yeah. RE: Custom Sprite Wanted - Previous - 10-26-2012 Okay first things first, requesting has strict rules and you do not meet the requirements to make requests. Check the board rules for more information. Second, it's obvious that it's an edit of said sprite plus you saved as JPG. JPG is not suitable for pixel art due to the lossy compression used. PNG would be recommended. Feel free to make custom sprites and post them asking for comments and criticism so you can learn how to do better, but requesting is not allowed in this section and without meeting the requirements. |
