I haven't submitted anything to this site in maybe around 7 years, so forgive me if it's not up to new standards. Could probably be organized better, I admit. I just saw the game was dumped and wanted to pour through everything.

The monochrome group has a pink leftover in its sprite. And why is the ape farmer missing from the group? Or has he only a coloured sprite?

Fixed.

"Redneck Kong" seems to have been in the process of being dummied out and replaced with Candy Kong as of this build of the game, so neither has a full set of sprites on the menu or during races. Pick them for a race and the game will default to Diddy Kong and broken tiles appear on the menu.
