Team Fortress 2 - Sir Render - 06-06-2013 Since I have some friends who need the TF2 textures but don't have access to the tools, I thought I would compile them up neatly and stuff With the character textures, I'm going to start with the ones with the smallest textures, as they will be easier to compile and they will have the smallest filesize I'll keep this updated Character Textures: Soldier Demoman Prop Textures: Robot/Boss Textures: Horseless Headless Horsemann Merasmus (still working on him) Weapon Textures: Pyro Weapons Multi-Class Weapons (shotgun, pistol, etc.) Cosmetic Textures: RE: Team Fortress 2 - John2k4 - 06-06-2013 If it will make things easier on you, you can extract the entire materials folder with GCFScape, and then run it through a recursive batch process in VTFEdit to convert everything (every game texture) to PNG in one sweep.
