Commenting on sheets - daemoth - 06-12-2013 I was wondering how the new function to comment on sheets will work? Does commenting will create a thread in the forums, or is it completely independant? Also, does the submitter will have a notice ( or automaticely subscribed to the thread) when someone comment on your sheets? Furthermore, is there a changelog for the new function of the site? I also remember seeing a list of all submitted sheets by a single user, how can we access it? RE: Commenting on sheets - Random Talking Bush - 06-12-2013 It's completely independent. And as for a log, there's this here, from clicking the speech bubble icon on the right side: http://www.spriters-resource.com/comments/ RE: Commenting on sheets - puggsoy - 06-12-2013 In addition to what RTB said, to my knowledge there is (unfortunately) no notification feature for submitters to let them know when a sheet is commented on. As for seeing all sheets submitted by a user, you can see them on their submitter profile. The URL is Code: http://www.spriters-resource.com/submitter/<username>/ where <username> is the submitter's username. This can be the same or different than their name on the forums, since changing your name on the forum doesn't sync with your submission username. So for instance, my submitter profile is http://www.spriters-resource.com/submitter/puggsoy/ but even if I changed my username completely the profile would still remain with the same username. Anyway, rather than typing it in, you can find submitter profiles by either clicking on the TSR social link under a user's avatar (although that's an optional setting so not everyone has it), or by simply going to one of the sheets submitted by that user and clicking on their name under "Submitter". RE: Commenting on sheets - daemoth - 06-13-2013 Nice, thx guys. |
