I'm Ecelon... Just gonna throw it out there. I had to create a new account because Dazz decided to give me a warning... On a thread that I had already gotten a warning for. And his reason: Because I'm an arrogant prick. Seriously Dazz? I was already penalized by Viper, for said thread... So why the new one?
Dazz, I'm asking politely, could you please remove the new warning.?

if you looked back on the thread, not only would you notice that dazz responded after vipershark (admittedly some hours after warning you), but he explained that he thought vipershark's warn was too lenient.
that being said, i don't think anybody in that thread was clear enough on rebutting your point. on these forums, a "request" specifically refers to someone asking for someone else to do work on something for them, be it ripping sprites, making sprites, programming, or other tasks. by our definition, asking for information regarding something does not constitute a request, even though technically that word would still be applicable. amalgam was being perfectly reasonable in asking for help on how to decode the models, since they still intended to rip the models themselves. the only issue there was your misunderstanding, either through your fault or the forum's.
