I just started ripping sfx from games,And I know there are tons of programs that extract audio from roms and iso's.But are there any sound extractors that can extract sounds from any type of roms files?like all in one?

Unfortunately, no. There are programs that can extract/convert a range of file formats, but a lot of games have a lot of different kinds of formats, some which even now haven't been figured out. There's no single program that will work for all consoles, much less all games.

I have to check if they work for my computer though because when I open Snessor95 it has a problem loading it and it gets deleted.
