Help, this page:

and this one:
http://www.spriters-resource.com/ds/pokemonblackwhite/sheet/34019/
are on transparent background... so if i put them into paint, it turns out black, so it screws up the outline... what do i do?????

just don't use ms paint, try paint.net.
