Ripping GameCube Models (Rugrats Royal Ransom) - Rugratskid - 09-03-2014 This is actually my first post here; but I've been around for a while. I just want to say that everyone here is amazing at the things that you have ripped from games, as well as the awesomeness of this site. Sounds stupid, I know, but I can't think of any words right now. Anyway... I don't have any experience with models in my past except for Google Sketchup. I need a tutorial explaining how to rip the models from GameCube games. I found one already, but the file format they said to look for wasn't there. I extracted the ISO from Dolphin, and I'm not really finding anything. All I have are the textures for the models. Any help for a beginner in model ripping is greatly appreciated. RE: Ripping GameCube Models (Rugrats Royal Ransom) - miru - 09-03-2014 The sad truth is that Rugrats Royal Ransom probably uses some weird proprietary format. RE: Ripping GameCube Models (Rugrats Royal Ransom) - Rugratskid - 09-05-2014 Would there be a way to rip the PS2 models then? I have the PS2 and GC version on the official discs. RE: Ripping GameCube Models (Rugrats Royal Ransom) - Mystie - 09-05-2014 You could use 3DRipperDX, DXRipper, or Ninja Ripper on Dolphin instead. However, you may have to manually alter the models in order to put them in a T-pose or normal standing position. |
