N64 Model Ripping - texture problem - sonosublime - 12-30-2014 Hi all, I have ripped a model (Cranky Kong from DK64) from Project 64 emulator using Lemmy's Ripping Video Plugin. I then import everything into Blender and clean things up (delete redundant vertices, merge vertices, etc). Once this is all done, when I smooth the models, things look nice and good in solid shading. However, when I view the model in texture shading, Cranky's brown fur looks messed up (among other things). His fur makes his body look all blocky, even though the body looks smooth in solid shading mode. I have tried many things to fix it, but I honestly cannot figure out how to do so. Does anyone know how to get the model looking smooth in texture shading? I would very much appreciate your help. RE: N64 Model Ripping - texture problem - sonosublime - 01-03-2015 Has no one encountered this problem before? RE: N64 Model Ripping - texture problem - sonosublime - 01-06-2015 If there is anyone out there who is good with ripping N64 models, I would greatly appreciate your help! You will get full credit, of course. RE: N64 Model Ripping - texture problem - sonosublime - 01-24-2015 Thanks for the reply. I had a look at the UV coordinates, and have even tried to seam and UV unwrap Cranky's head, but the problem still persists. |
