I Need some help with ripping the voices from Sonic And The Black Knight every time i convert or play the files i get static i've tried all converters but no go this also happens with Sonic Heroeshere are the files i hope someone can convert em into wav

I just tested them in vgmstream, so VGSC should work. If not then let me know, I might have to update it.
