Texture Help - Loveabelle - 05-17-2015 Ok, so I've been messing around with this for a while and haven't made much progress, so I thought I'd ask you lovely people. I imported this model into Blender, and it came without textures attached, so I added them to the corresponding materials. Unfortunately it looks all messed up, and I can't for the life of me figure out how to map them correctly. How do I align them with the UV's and whatnot? RE: Texture Help - Turbo Thunderbolt - 05-17-2015 Try flipping the UVs but I dunno if that'll work given what the uv map looks like. never hurts to try though. Already tried that, didn't get any better results. Assuming I did it correctly.. I just checked the box that said "Flip X/Y Axis" in the texture menu. I'm not seeing any other options like that. Edit: After looking at everything again, I realized what was wrong. I just needed to mirror everything outside of blender, and bam! Everything works. Lol. Silly me. I'm still left with one question however, how do I switch between the multiple UV islands (I guess they're called..?). Like, there's the first one, then there's ones above that image, but I don't know how to switch to those. |
