iOS games?
On a Mac change the extension .ipa to .zip, go into Payload and right click and show the app's file contents.
I know this post is a little old but who cares someone has to answer it...

This should really be in the Help section. I'll move it now.
Also, no need for file extension changes. You can just right click > Open With > Archive Utility
