As seen in http://images2.wikia.nocookie.net/kirby/en/images/f/f9/Water.jpg this image, Water Kirby has a transparent body, as well as waves on his head. In your sprites, it would seem he has a crown...of some sort, or mountains...Yeah, I'm not sure what it is. Shape issues aside, the colors are kind of dull, and need more contrast. The water hat is supposed to look like waves, not like spikes.
