Top-Down to Side-Scroll - Angelglory - 09-03-2016 So, uh, howdy everybody, been a long time since I've posted 'round here. But hey looks, I've got sprites! ...Okay, kinda sorta. Long story short, I'm working on an RPG using RPG Maker MV. But rather than just making another cookie cutter top-down game with the engine, I'm doing something... different. Essentially I said 'NAH, SON' The game's going to be side-scrolling ala games like Valkyrie Profile and that indie Indivisible. But that's for another thread, this topic is about the actual sprites/tilesets. As you can see, there's kind of nothing really detail-wise at the moment. I'm still figuring out what pieces I need and how to go about assembling maps with this engine in mind. Tileset Samples:  To Be Added (the sheets are a mess atm) Character Samples: Just the one I can show right now It's a simple style, mainly based on the Disgaea games C+C will be nice, once there's more to comment on, obviously.
