Extracting DAT files (Nintendo DS) - Davy Jones - 09-05-2016

I just thought I give it a shot.

Well, I used the tool DSLazy to unpack the ROM from Black Sigil: Blade of the Exiled:

Turns out, the files with the sprites are all DAT files. I already tried TiledGGD to extract something out of them, but I only had success with a few ones (overworld hud, battle interface).

Maybe someone else can give it a try? I'm mainly interested in the character sprites.

If you're not sure what Black Sigil is, I already ripped several backgrounds from it:
