Need help converting .PAC files from Mario and Sonic Rio 2016 - Printable Version

Need help converting .PAC files from Mario and Sonic Rio 2016 - northernstar - 10-05-2016

I'm ripping out Rosalina, Daisy, and Peach's models from Mario and Sonic Rio 2016. 
First, I'm confused because there are several .pac files of the one model. 
like BRZ.pac, NWD.pac, RFS.pac, and SPB. Two of each. One has a .pac and the other has .00 at the end of it.
I don't know which one to convert. And I can't find a script to convert and decompress it either...

Ok, so I tried to use pacpack.exe It doesn't work. The files don't extract anywhere!!
I used this on a Windows 10 OS and a Windows 7 OS. Nope, no results anywhere..

Try this version. For whatever reason the "updated" versions I found online didn't seem to work.

I have the same problem. I'm trying to extract some character models from the game as well, but it looks like the main models are in .00 files. Can anyone help me with this?
