I like questions that are unspecific in their purpose, such as this one!!! We need more information, such as files to examine, and or information about the game engine if possible.

Unity 3d i think
I managed to extract the 3d models but i can't seem to get the textures

Why don't you try 3d max with unity importer plus pvrtools to view the textures?
