I found a file called MRS_GRBind.DAT And i was thinking that this could be the file that has the models. Are there any tools to decrypt and extract files from this archive?

Bump. I'm Just looking for Player models of the NY Combat Revue and their Kobu Mechs. Can anyone please help me?
