1 question: shouldn't the colors be flipped on his tunic?
What I'm saying is: shouldn't the "shirt" part be light green like the sleeves and the sleeves be dark dreen like the shirt?

Yeah.. It's not so much that the colors should be flipped, it's that his hat and tunic are the same color (the hat is fine, just make the tunic the same color as the hat) and the undershirt is a lighter green. And yeah, in most of toon Link's games, his eyes are black.
