i did this, just for fun, and tried a different outline style, like in a childs sketchbook. has this style been done before? if yes, what is it called?

Iv seen this before, but i dont know what the style is called... But i like it, it gives the art a sort of scratchy look

It's called, wait for it "not pixel art." In pixelart every pixel has to be placed by hand or it's classed as something else, usually "Oekaki."
