Hello!
I've been on this site to get models to upload into MMD, but I'm not sure how to convert files into .pmd.
Any ideas?

I convert models for MMD.
You can use Blender or Metasequoia.
Blender is free and have a plugin to export models to PMX or PMD.

Oldest version of metasequoia is free as well
I suggest that over Blender if you are new to MMD/PMX
