Dragon Ball Heroes: Ultimate Mission X - Komodo - 04-28-2017 Hey, so I did the research, and its a little different and a lot easier to extract models from this game then its predecessors. What you need
You're gonna wanna extract the ROMFS from the archives. Unlike before where all the models were given random names and thrown in the FileArcs along with the seperate textures, the models and textures are now stored together in the Chara direcotry. In this folder you'll find BCH files named like this: BCXXXBYY XXX = Character Code ID (see below) YY = Costume Index So simple. Once you have your choice, export the objects and textures as you would for other 3DS games. CHARCTER CODE IDs Code: Characters: RE: Dragon Ball Heroes: Ultimate Mission X - Komodo - 04-28-2017 Oh I forgot to mention, my models only loaded after I removed the text "3DS-LZ" from the files. So if you get "unsupported file type" try this RE: Dragon Ball Heroes: Ultimate Mission X - anubis95 - 04-29-2017 (04-28-2017, 06:02 PM)Komodo Wrote: Oh I forgot to mention, my models only loaded after I removed the text "3DS-LZ" from the files. So if you get "unsupported file type" try this Hello, I have the bch files, I delete the "3ds-lz" line from the text (opening the file with wordpad or with any other program, result is the same). If I just delete it, then I open with ohana 3ds rebirth and I get unsupported file error. If I press enter after deleting "3ds-lz" so that there is a space in between the start of the file and the rest, same. If I press Delete so that there is no space, I get the index was outside bounds of array error, I press continue and nothing happens, there´s no model loaded. I have used both Ohana built by me and the already built release. With the former, everything I do ends up with the unsupported error. Also, please bear in mind that this happened with every model I tried, including the zamasu model, which you seem to have loaded just fine. Could you give me any advice? Thank you for your research on these, I´ve always wanted to extract models from a game like this one. I feel like I´m just one step from success... It turns out that I specifically needed Notepad to edit the file. Now it works! RE: Dragon Ball Heroes: Ultimate Mission X - Sc4recroW - 04-30-2017 Glad it worked, I've only tested it with notepad and notepad++ so it's good to know programs like wordpad won't work with it. RE: Dragon Ball Heroes: Ultimate Mission X - ~DrakoRero~ - 05-01-2017 Heya, I'd like to say, thank you for this tutorial! I'm really happy to be able to get the models of my favorite characters finally! however I need some help figuring something out Rage Shenron's ( Both normal and super form ) beak and brow are missing textures! I can't seem to wrap my head around it but the texture they use look like this It's just the eye strangely, and the uvs for the rest of his face match none of his other textures, so I'm wondering if I could get some help? RE: Dragon Ball Heroes: Ultimate Mission X - Carpaccio - 05-14-2017 So uh, according to gameplay videos, Zeno/Zen-oh appears in this game as a model of his own. I can't seem to find him. Can someone help me locate him? RE: Dragon Ball Heroes: Ultimate Mission X - Ozci - 05-14-2017 Can everyone post in this thread which models they've extracted so we don't do the same ones? BCP3BB00 - King Piccolo [Giant] - Done RE: Dragon Ball Heroes: Ultimate Mission X - KurainoOni - 07-07-2017 Hey guys, gdkchan has discontinued Ohana3ds/Ohana Rebirth in favor of spica. If you open the models in spica, the models are most of the time complete. The only cases, where some of the geometries are missing, that I've seen, are almost every Dragon Ball character, that wears a cape.(The exception to this seems to be adult Gohan with Piccolos mantle intact) Some of the Textures are still wrong, like Frieza's reflection map and the toon ramps being color inverted, or the odd transparencies on some textures. However, unlike ohana, the transparent texture areas can be restored by tweaking the alpha channel. The white skin and hair textures seem to colored by the shader ingame according to the toon ramp.( That seems to be similar to Xenoverse actually) RE: Dragon Ball Heroes: Ultimate Mission X - luisdaniel10 - 07-19-2017 when i open the .bch file in ohana3ds, a lot of textures missing :/, i dont know why RE: Dragon Ball Heroes: Ultimate Mission X - luisdaniel10 - 07-20-2017 (07-07-2017, 04:10 AM)KurainoOni Wrote: Hey guys, gdkchan has discontinued Ohana3ds/Ohana Rebirth in favor of spica. can u send me a spica compiled? because i downloaded one in the page but when i try to open a file Spica closes, please bro, i dont know how to compiled :/ RE: Dragon Ball Heroes: Ultimate Mission X - KurainoOni - 07-23-2017 (07-20-2017, 01:18 AM)luisdaniel10 Wrote: can u send me a spica compiled? because i downloaded one in the page but when i try to open a file Spica closes, please bro, i dont know how to compiled :/ Sure here you go: https://1drv.ms/u/s!Aj84fuBtCENAgc4b1tUpvFDIe-rcrw It's the build from 3 days ago. It's compiled with .Net Framework 4.6.1 rather than 4.6.2( since my Visualstudio does not seem to find the updated framework for some reason). So if you have at least .Net Framework 4.6.1 it should work. Otherwise please check for an updated driver for your graphics card. If it does not work, try the one on github again. Regarding Spica closing: do you get an error message before it crashes? If not, then I'm not sure my build will work for you either. RE: Dragon Ball Heroes: Ultimate Mission X - Beau_Of_Blades - 07-28-2017 So tried Spica and keep getting "Unsupported File Type" error, works fine on Ohana but I am wondering has anyone found what file/s hold the Card Textures in and if they are extract-able? I'm new here by the way so Hi. BTW Jiren is easily rippable and doesn't have texture issues. |
