Mickey Mania Film Reel Sprites Sega Genesis - BlackCakeD - 05-21-2017
This is very simple The first level film reel effect from
Mickey Mania the Genesis version
this should be complete
as it just the Film bars are scrolling upwards.
The hair in the corner flickering randomly,
as for the the line is just sliding right to left and randomly appearing and disappearing.

This is great. I love this game and we need far more rips from it. I do think you could make the sheet smaller, though.
