Hey guys ! what program do you recommend to use to browse some of the 3d models in Dae, Obj format to use them as painting reference ? Or maybe there's some quick web 3d model viewer ?

Try using Noesis if you wanna have a program to preview those quickly (and don't know how to use Blender). Or if you're using Windows 10 with the Creators update, there's a program built-in that lets you preview OBJ files called View 3D.

Yes, Noesis is the best choice or search for WebGL model viewer (online).
But View 3D don't support correctly Wavefront format (as I know).
