Has their been any quickbms scripts or anything to rip models from havok engine games for Xbox or ps2 games?

Havok is a physics engine, not graphics. If you could give some examples of games you'd like to rip from, maybe someone could figure out what their graphics engines are, and maybe tell you how to rip from them.

How about Perfect Dark Zero? its from the Xbox 360 I came as close as unpacking all the way to PackageData Pkg files I dont know how to go any further any help would be nice plz & thank you
