Struggling with Ripping from Android Game - CerealQueen - 02-14-2018 Let me start by saying I've never ripped anything before and I am a total novice, so unfortunately, certain things go over my head. I'm attempting to rip the sprites and various resources from a mobile game that was recently released and for the life of me, I can't figure it out. I'm working with an Android game and managed to extract the APK and converted it into a .zip, but it doesn't seem to have the resources I'm looking for. I'm using BlueStacks and ES File Explorer. The game in question is Negimate. Any help would be very appreciated. RE: Struggling with Ripping from Android Game - Ecelon - 03-16-2018 So, just downloaded and installed what I hope is the correct game. I ripped all assets within the APK, and have uploaded them to: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1LTCeAG13RFf3_NfVHJUtWWmCHRrB6AaR I noticed only 2 character textures, so it's a safe bet that the other characters are downloaded either by .obb or data files. As I can't get past the login screen, because I can't read Japanese, the best I can give you is directories: OBB: "Android/obb/jp.co.steins.negima/" DATA: "Android/data/jp.co.steins.negima/" If after logging in and downloading the required assets, and they still aren't appearing, try this tutorial: http://forum.xentax.com/viewtopic.php?f=29&t=16055. Once you've got all files downloaded, use UnityStudio 9.0 to open all UNity assets. |
