I cannot extract the textures and meshes from a ripped model. I can visualize it with the Hex editor.

Uh...you were close. This is the Spriter's Resource "Ripping Help" subforum.
I'll go and move this to the Models Resource equivalent subforum for you.
EDIT: OOPS Apparently you've asked this YESTERDAY. You made a forum post for this awhile ago - you'll want to refer to that topic for answers.
