The Rad Exp NPC Community Project - Ninspriterx - 12-23-2008 The Radical Express None-Playable Character Community Project Help your friend, Ninspriter, out. So I see you crazy kids have fun with my style. The other topic got a bit out of hand and unorganized.. also I changed the style again. ANYWAY.. Here's the new base: ![]() Things to keep in mind: - The neck is always gray. - The gray under the eye is optional. - The green bracket body-part areas mean you can do anything you want there. - Pants are the ONLY thing that really gets shading. - The rest is decent AA. New things: - There's more colors to deal with. :/ - Custom colors? No problem, go ahead. - Color limit? Under 16 per sprite. - The feet are leveled. No more farther-leg-is-one-pixel-higher thing. - Only 2 shades per color, but feel free to use the black to AA things. This would be great: - Walking animations. And remember, if your sprite is decent then by no doubt it will appear in my original exclusive game, "The Radical Express." I can even put your name in the credits if you want. But I really want people to just try the style out and have fun. Should be simple enough for anyone to do. :] RE: The Rad Exp NPC Community Project - JoshR691 - 12-23-2008 Well, you know, I've already tried this, so I don't see why not... In other words, you'll probably see a huge amount of unnecessary Poses of my Character (Like My Scrambled Channel Sheet =P) RE: The Rad Exp NPC Community Project - Ninspriterx - 12-23-2008 Perfectly fine, just don't make him break the 4th wall. You kinda did that last time. x] RE: The Rad Exp NPC Community Project - Kairos - 12-23-2008 Editing me now. Are Talking animation samples in the other thread? Actually no. I also just figured a few things out. Scratch the talking animation idea. And I'll make a base for adults and children. (Oh, Pik.)
