(HELP)(3DS ROM) How do you extract .arc files (monster hunter 4 ultimate) - Waddle dissel - 09-26-2018

First post here yay

Finally i extracted the files from a decrpyted rom file of MH4U online

But the thing is that i dont know how to open .arc files

Is there a way to do this? if so how?

Also i dont have a 3ds, I used a rom i found online

Sorry if i sound dumb, im semi new to all of this

Post some samples so we can help you. ".arc" is a common extension with multiple different formats so we need to see which one we are dealing with here.

Ok so I have a bunch of these files, in the data of monster hunter 4 U

All i need is to extract them all

Ah, these are generic Capcom arc files.
You can open them pretty easily.
https://github.com/IcySon55/Kuriimu/releases/tag/v1.0.13 Download this and open the .arc files with Karameru.exe
Also works with the Megaman 11 files though the formats inside can't be converted correctly yet from what I can tell.

Im trying to get the models/textures from MH4U

I got the file (listed above) from the "data" file of the extracted rom
Oh never mind, my fucking dumbass forgot the pulgins
