Hi Vanilluxe92! Taking a look at the file you provided, it seems to be more of a pointer file that contains addresses and file names, rather than anything media-related from within the game. Are there any other files you could provide?

Well, the file itself isn't encrypted at all, and I've no idea what sort of software one could use in conjunction with the file provided, given that it's just a pointer file.
