Ripping Wii sounds help. - JaysonJeanChannel - 12-21-2018 So I was able to extract Wii sound files with FSB extractor. BUt the wav files are an "ADPCM" format, which is something I can't open up. Is there a way or method I can use to convert or open up this type of sound file? RE: Ripping Wii sounds help. - ARAJediMaster - 12-22-2018 May I suggest that you check out these links? https://superuser.com/questions/742326/how-to-convert-adpcm-to-wav-in-windows https://www.filedesc.com/en/file/adpcm https://www.reddit.com/r/audiophile/comments/3wfvag/converting_a_4bit_adpcm_raw_file_to_a_wav/ https://stackoverflow.com/questions/14492678/how-do-i-convert-adpcm-to-pcm-using-ffmpeg I hope that any of these might be helpful for you. If you’ll pardon my asking so. RE: Ripping Wii sounds help. - JaysonJeanChannel - 12-24-2018 The last one gave some luck. But it was either full of static or had the wrong pitch/bit samples. Resulting in an ugly sound file that sounds nothing like the original. Thank you for your help tho RE: Ripping Wii sounds help. - Pingus! - 12-25-2018 If you have samples post the ADPCM ones, as well as the original fsb if you don't mind RE: Ripping Wii sounds help. - reckonerv - 06-19-2019 please post |
