I need help with making sonic rom hacks - TheSpriter0125 - 03-19-2019
I wanted to make a sonic rom hack that changes the sonic sprites , but I cannot find a toll that is easy to use. I tried useing Sonik Sprite, but the tool’s script file was missing. You can post links to this, And by the way, I am using a windows computer.
