Superdimension Neptune VS Sega Hard Girls Sound effects? - duce - 07-27-2019 I've never done sound rips before so I don't really know what I'm doing but I wanted to get the sound effects from Superdimension Neptune VS Sega Hard Girls. I did some research and found I needed the unxwb program, and check a xsb file to find a offset for filenames and I think I found it and ran it and got a bunch of files out of the SE.xwb using the cmdline: Code: unxwb.exe -b SE.xsb 33970 -d Out SE.xwb really thought I was doing it right since I got bunch of out of it then went to test them in VLC and only few actually play some water like noise and "Unidentified codec" error but I've hit a dead end and not sure what to do. If anyone can help with what I'm doing wrong that would be great. RE: Superdimension Neptune VS Sega Hard Girls Sound effects? - Pingus! - 07-27-2019 Try using vgmtoolbox: https://sourceforge.net/projects/vgmtoolbox/ In there is xwb and xsb unpacker. Also, upload some of the files you extracted with unxwb.exe to here so I can take a look. RE: Superdimension Neptune VS Sega Hard Girls Sound effects? - duce - 07-27-2019 (07-27-2019, 06:38 PM)Pingu! I should've realized it earlier, but there's a program that can directly apply names from xwb + xsb pairs. Here's what you need: Grab foobar2000 from here: https://www.foobar2000.org/ Make sure to grab the foobar2000 program, as well as the vgmstream component, which can be found under the "Components" section of the website. Once you download the component, double click it and it should install into foobar2000. After that's all done and foobar2000 resets, make sure the XWB and XSB are in the same folder together. Then, drag and drop the xwb onto foobar2000, and it should have playable files. Hit Ctrl + V for output conversion options to PCM wav.
