Here's the game in question: Alicia Online
This game uses .anm files, but they're virtually impossible to open. I have no idea how to open them and I've been trying nearly forever to get them open. Please, if someone could make a program for me or at least help me make a program, I would be eternally grateful. Please message me on Discord at Kittyeom#2015. I've been looking forever. An example is attached.
