Is it sprite or texture? - blueberrymuffin - 05-15-2020 Hi, I'm new here and I have ripped some sprites and textures from Mario Party 4, but I don't know what is the difference between them. RE: Is it sprite or texture? - Barack Obama - 05-15-2020 Textures are wrapped around 3D models, while sprites are just flat 2D elements with nothing behind them. As soon as you see a 3D model or a structure with depth, you can say that it's a texture.
