I want to post edited Spiderhog sprites in The Spriters Ressource but I wanted to ask first if custom Sonic characters allowed on tSR.

They have to be from official media, like games, ads, movies, comics, etc.

If it's a FC, OC, or AU, it goes in the custom/ edited section
If it's an official character, you can submit it to tSR

Fan characters of any kind are only allowed on the Custom Sprites / Pixel Art subforum, they will be rejected if they are submitted to The Spriters Resource. If it's not an official character, then we can't accept it, plain and simple.
