[Help requested] Rush: A Disney Pixar Adventure models - A_Avi - 09-24-2020

Is it at all possible to extract the models from the 'Rush: A Disney Pixar Adventure' game?
I would really like to have the models from this game, but I can't find them anywhere, or any information on how to extract them.

Would anyone have any suggestions on how to do this?
