Yes. While I do have the game files, seems no one has been able to publicly find a way to break them open. The only partial method I found involved a Python script, but the image guides it had are no longer on their hosted site.

I have updated the main post with a file sample from the game. It can be done, considering the files already on the Models Resource.
That being said, I am looking into rigging a Brawl trophy model of ROB 64. If I finish that before even a single user is able to attempt to aid me for the price above, I will close this thread properly.
