So, someone got the Luigi model for Luigi's Mansion in .dae format, with it's original bones.

Update: I decompressed one of the .szp files with "Lunaboy's RARC Tools". Now all I need is to find out how to convert MDL to DAE.
Does anyone know a program that converts .mdl files to .dae?
